What's Inside?

Week 1: Learn the basics of how to track your foods and use macros to finally see results, while still eating the foods you love. No more binge cycles brought on by elimination diets, in your first week we teach you how to use macros and portion control to break the cycle and finally see change!

Week 2: Planning is the key to success when it comes to your health. This week will show you how to easily plan for success and make sure you're getting the right amount of protein in your diet.

Week 3: Navigating holidays and special occasions can be a challenge. In week 3, you get all the tools you need to have fun at gatherings without derailing your progress.

Week 4: Mindset is a big part of success and feeling confident. In week 4, learn how to maintain a positive mindset that keeps you feeling good and on track to meet your goals.

Week 5: Have you ever had a food emergency? You know...when you're starving and need something NOW so you opt for a handy bag of chips or stop at McDonalds on your way home from work? In week 5, we create your food emergency kit so you never have to worry about being a victim of circumstance ever again!

Week 6: Tracking macros can be a bit of a chore for some people and we certainly don't want that! That's why in week 6 you learn how to make tracking macros fun and easy, and how to eventually eat without tracking.

Week 7: Hit a plateau? Never fear, week 7 is here! In this week, you get a list of proven plateau busters to help you continue your progress and push past any weight loss ceilings you encounter.

Week 8: You did it, the last week of your journey and you're feeling great! But before you head out to continue your progress, we talk about aligning your mental and physical goals so you can feel confident that everything in your universe is pushing in your favor rather than working against you.
